CROSSFIT
CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program.  Our goal is to educate, train, and inspire you to take control of your
health and fitness. We do this through short and fun workouts that are wildly effective! We accommodate all ages and fitness levels.  We scale load and intesity; we don't change programs.
Kids MMA
MMA Classes are taught actual boxing, kickboxing & jiu jitsu.  They use gloves, shin gear & heavy bags.  They train like
the adults but on their level. We teach proper punching, kicking and basic fighting techniques. We build character, fitness,
discipline & respect. Our kids are able to compete on local, national & world levels in Jiu Jitsu, Boxing & Wrestling.
Tae Kwon Do
There are many reasons for kids to become involved in Martial Arts. The Karate for Kids system is based on a 
lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The building blocks for our system are life skill themes such as: Goals, Self-Control, Confidence, Respect and many more.
 
MMA Fitness
MMA Classes are taught in a group setting to boost participation and intensity.  In this class you will warm up, kick, punch,
partner drills and cardio conditioning. The concept is unique in that it teaches proper punching and kicking form and basic
fighting techniques while offering a full-body workout increasing endurance and muscle tone.
Advance MMA
We combine the best techniques from a variety of different martial arts to form the most effective self defense system
possible. The predominate components of our MMA classes are Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing & a lot of cardio.
10th Planet BJJ
Techniques that relate to the no gi style of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu called 10TH Planet Jiu Jitsu, created by Eddie Bravo &
his students. Rubber Guard, Half Guard, Twister, lockdown, head & arm chokes
Wrestling
Wrestling Classes combine the Olympic sports of Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling.  In our classes you'll learn all of
of the throws and takedowns of these dynamic arts. Wrestling plays a massive role in MMA and submission grappling.
Boxing
This program teaches you the fundamentals of boxing. It combines both cardiovascular and actual boxing techniques
(including heavy bag, timing bag and ring techniques) to form a proven system that not only gets you into shape, but also
reduces stress and builds confidence.  We are a USA Boxing Gym with Level 1 Coaches.
Sparring
This sparring class will be for boxing, kickboxing and MMA.  You will need to have your own equipment to attend this class.  You will need 16oz gloves, headgear, mouth piece, no-foul protector and shin gear.
Alliance BJJ  
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is proven self-defense that works in real life. By using highly effective grappling skills, instead of muscle, a
small person can apply leverage and technique to overcome a larger person. BJJ is incredibly challenging and teaches students to remain calm in a difficult situation.  Through instruction & consistency in attending classes, we will help you to
reach the ultimate goal for all martial artists.
